At My Gold Souq, we focus on using recycled metal, wood, and leather in all of our products. We adhere to REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals) and RoHS (Reduction of use of Hazardous waste Substances) standards for leather products. All our wood is FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certified wood from socially sustained forests.
Even our packaging is biodegradable and our shipping methods focus on reducing CO2 emissions. We are also 100% plastic-free.
Clean your jewelry and gently wipe with a soft cloth. Avoid the use of water or any other chemical, as it can damage your jewelry. Other things to note: salt water can damage your jewelry, as can chlorine (chlorine can also discolor your jewelry). The sun can also bleach and lighten your jewelry. Do not wear your jewelry while swimming, and make sure to keep it in a dark place out of direct sunlight.
Protect your product from humidity and keep it away from direct sources of heat, such as radiators and the inside of cars in summer. For surface stains, we recommend cleaning with a soft, damp cloth with water. Never use solvent. Avoid contact with hand cream, hand sanitizer, make-up and perfume.
MAM jewelry is designed on a mix and match principle. You can combine as many or as few pieces from any of our collections and use them to create your own look. We offer inspiration on how you can mix and match on each jewelry collection page.

My Gold Souq's jewelry is hypoallergenic and good for sensitive skin.
Every My Gold Souq jewelry piece we sell comes with a 3-month warranty, starting from the delivery date of the order. The warranty only applies to factory defects and damage which has not been provoked by an incorrect use of the item. We will carefully study if, by any chance, the defect has been caused by an improper use of the piece(s).
In these cases the warranty is not included:
Defects or damage caused by unauthorised repairs or modifications. Defects or damage caused by inappropriate use, lack of care (impact, broken crystal etc.) or accidents. Aesthetic modifications, defects or damage due to normal use, wear and aging.
Save your order confirmation email, which is your warranty.

Contact our customer service department at email@example.com so that we can change or cancel your order before sending it. To cancel your order, we'll need to receive your request between 24-48 hours after the purchase was made. Shortly we will contact you to confirm if the cancellation of your order has been made possible.
If you need to change the shipping address, you can do so only if your order has not been shipped.
The confirmation of your order is sent directly to the email address you provided when you placed the order. If you haven’t received confirmation, please contact our customer service department.
You can enter a promo code at checkout before choosing the payment method. The discount will be apply to your total immediately when you enter the code. Please note only one promo code may be used per order.
To place an order, choose the item you wish to purchase and add it to your shopping cart. Then, access the checkout page where you must enter your personal information and payment method. Make sure to complete all the steps of the process, so that we can collect payment and ship your items.
If you can’t pay with your credit or debit card, it could be because the card was issued in a different country. Our payment system automatically blocks this kind of transaction in order to minimize online fraud. If you can’t use your card, we recommend you choose a different payment method.
You can pay with a credit or debit card. Payments with credit or debit cards will be processed through the TAP payment system. My Gold Souq does not manage credit card numbers.
To offer you a better experience, all orders are shipped using an express courier, and the delivery time is between 2 to 7 business days, depending on the destination country.
We ship worldwide 5 days a week, from Monday to Friday and offer free shipping within the GCC and United States.
Orders are shipped from Bahrain. You will receive a tracking number from our delivery partner within 1 to 2 business days. If you have purchased a pre-order product, you will receive your tracking information when the product release date arrives.
We ship worldwide, but different shipping fees may apply.
Our courier company will send you an email with your tracking number once the order has been prepared and shipped from our warehouse. When you receive this number, you can use it to follow your package on courier company's tracking page. If your tracking number doesn’t work, don’t worry. It may take a few hours to process the tracking and they only send numbers on business days. Try again a bit later. If your order goes through customs, we are not responsible for any additional charges involved. If you return items purchased to another address than the one that you’ve provided by email, we are not responsible if they get lost. If there are any issues with shipping, please contact the courier company directly and give them your tracking number and personal details in order to resolve it.
Returns and exchanges
If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact our Customer Service Team at firstname.lastname@example.org within a maximum period of 14 days.
If you want to return your order for any reason, you can do so within 14 days.
Please, note that the products must be exactly in the same conditions (new) as received.
Customers must include their name and order number on the package.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges and eventual custom charges.

Once the product has been received and the status has been checked, you will receive an email confirming the registration of your return and the refund of the amount paid.
